Paolo has been involved ever-increasingly with Ultimate over the past 6 years, when he and friends started a college team in the city of São Paulo, Brazil. As often as possible he’s found ways to engage in the sport beyond the borders of his country, participating in camps and tournaments world wide at least once a year, since his International debut at WUCC in 2010. His drive has been to learn as much as he could about the sport tactically, culturally and structurally, and bring that information back home to help find new ways to grow and teach the sport. He is committed to playing and teaching the game through good understanding of the rules and especially through spirit of the game. In 2013 he joined the rules sub-committee for WFDF and in 2014 was invited to be the Latin American representative in the Spirit of the Game committee for WFDF.
